Nakumatt is a Kenyan supermarket with 65 stores in the African countries. Its owner Mr Atul wanted to create a strong customer base by providing offer benefits, rewards and loyalty points to returning customers.
Our solution was to create a simplified customer portal where the clients can open a loyalty account, to access their personalized Nakumatt points, to check their account details, financial transaction history and cash balance.
Challenge was it was to analyse, research and design the portal from offshore. Because of the project budget, it was not possible for us to carry out any onsite activity.
